After 25 years in vocational ministry and leadership, I’ve learned a few lessons, gained valuable experience, and survived to tell the tale! I’m passionate about helping ministers and leaders thrive by sharing insights and walking alongside them on their journey.

I’ve had the privilege of serving in executive leadership roles across three continents and training leaders in over a dozen nations. This experience gives me a global perspective, a local heart, and a deep desire to support those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
